Dry cough from past 3 days. Iam taking grillinctus-red only at night. The phelgum used to come out has stopped but I feel chest tightening and congestion along with post natal drip throughout the day. What should I do? No fever.

seems like you have asthma and also sinusitis problem,need to have proper evaluation of your symptoms with a pulmonologist. you need inhalers and nasal sprays for the treatment. do warm saline gargles.
