Get your
thyroid profile checked again.Your weight gain might be because of lack of physical activity and not eating food in time.Most of the people. do dieting thinking that not eating will reduce weight.But not eating in time will also increase weight.
6.00am. have a cup of coffee or tea or milk without
sugar even though you are not diabetic
6.15-645am : Walking
6.45- 7.00 am warm up
7.15- 7.30 am: 1 glass of lime juice or buttermilk
8.30- 9.00am. : Breakfast Avoid oily foods like Poori,Bonda,Vada, Groundnut & Coconut chutneys
11- 11.30am: Veg Salads or a fruit
1 glass buttermilk
1.00 -1.30 pm: Lunch
Less rice or roti with more curry with leafy vegetables atleast 4 times a week.Avoid
deep fries & picklesKeep changing oils like sunflower,groundnut,ricebran oils,Avoid
ghee,cream,butter.Use 1/2 lt per person per month.

3.30-4.30pm : Tea,Coffee,or Milk
5.30pm: Snacks like Sprouts or Oats or Cornflakes or Murmura or Poha or Popcorn or Boiled

Weight gain may be due to Anaemia also.So check your Haemogram
Avoid weight gaining foods.
