I had Thyroid problem when i was 8-9 week pregnant. I was diagoned with TSH as 17 & T3 T4 were normal. I am bit worried about the mental health of my child.

Hi Mam..Are you using thyroid medicine now ? If not see an obstetrician or endocrinologist and start taking medicine .  Follow up with your doctor regularly and make sure Tsh comes down ...This will  minimize the effects on the baby during pregnancy...after delivery baby's thyroid can be tested and given treatment if needed...
