I had fever for last one day and had back pain for some time along with that. Now fever is not there and I vomited to times yesterday night and I feeling lousy and tired and have a small head ache and my urine is in dark color.

Your having a viral infection. please do steaming before bed. Drink warm water atleast 3-4 liters. Water Is very Important for fever. Don’t drink anything cold. Don’t expose yourself to cold weather. Have proper food..3 meals atleast..not too oily and don’t have non veg. Have fruits like orange mosambi apples. Gargle with hot salt water 3 times daily. Have paracetamol for fever and temperature
