I had a doubt regarding post pregnancy.. I am planing for a baby for last 7 month with negative result.. after marriage I have irregular periods.. my relatives told me take folic acids and to try on ovulation periods.. which folic acid I need to take can u prescribe and how I know the ovulation period.. can u pls suggest me.. Thank you

You can start fol123 or folvite 5mg at bedtime once daily. Also if you hv irregular periods kindly first know the reason of irregularity and try via ovulation induction and follicular monitoring
