I got TB positive test

I went to manutox test and it got positive. Induration is 20mm and erythema is 26mm. Is it very serious. Is it spreadable And wanna to know medication also

Yes if mountex test is positive.then you.are suffering from tuberculosis. Secondly find out the organ which affected by TB bacteria.
Next Steps
After knowing the symptoms of disease  and after blood and sputum and x Ray test . treatment will be decided.
