I get tears when I was reading.

I get tears while reading continuesly and while raiding bike in cool weather. I am suffering from this problem from 5 years back but I ignored this.can you give advice, is this eye problem or other, am i consult the doctor.

this watering is due to dryness. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. refresh tears and blink your eyes frequently and use gaugles while driving.
