I get needle pricking pain which last for 2-5sec and goes off, I had a ecg too, it's normal. I was undertaken blood test too. Hb was less 10.5 but recently it's 12, I take heamup syrup daily. Am I deficient in vitamins and other supplements? I have muscle pain down the neck back and wen I bend my head to feet I feel pain and I get pain in my hands and fingers of left hand. I feel pain wen I move my neck left to right and viseversa
