I feel there is something inside my ears

It is making some sound inside my ear mo pain but just weird sound nd movemnt.can u help wat it is inside my ears.

It is called tinnitus,most commonly due to hearing nerve problem.It could be due infection in middle ear,excessive noise exposure and sometimes genetic defects etc.It is better to get done audiometry and consult ent specialist.
