My ankle pains a lot if I sit for long hours and stand or if I wake up in the morning from sleep, The pain is not on palm of my feet but on the ankles please suggest me a remedy or advice what needs to be done

Hello.......i can understand your problem. Most people have twisted an ankle at some point in their life. rest the leg ,apply cold compressor and Ice, take pain killers if pain is sevre. Get an x ray of ankle and consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital.....
