I feel my own heartbeat at normal rate also 72bpm..i also feel my heartbeat easily by keeping hand on chest ..i feel my heartbeat in stomach also..since 2 months..ecg is normal..docter said its anxiety..ciplar la is enough? Or any other medication is required..

1 st u have to meet a cardiologist and rule out any organic cause, Mostly it will be a panic attack Yeah u can try ciplar at a low dose If not relived u should consult a psychiatrist and start anti anxiety medication
