I feel machine and music sound

It's been more then 14 days since I was hearning sound like washing machine or playing music in behind... Like a disco music slow but constent.... When I feel it I feel it everywhere like In room hall everywhe...when I don't feel I don't feel... But in washroom I feel constant machine sound in both washroom ...sometimes AC sound also irrate me... I don't like anything what to do... Can't focus... This kind of sounds mostly around me... But nobody feel these sound only me... Help how can I handle it
