I can't turn my head suddenly as I feel giddy. I am having this issue from few months now. Although I have never fell down but afraid will be. I checked will my doc he said it's due to weakness due to which BP is little low n gave me b complex tabs. But I'm not satisfied. I'm not able to enjoy my day due to this fear.
