Sudden dizziness/imbalanc
Hi for the past month , I haven't been wearing specs. My eye power is 1 and 0.25. A lot of times it has happened (mainly after afternoon) that I feel sudden dizziness , and tightness of head. I feel sudden imbalance and my head jerks forward and backwards.
Can somebody tell me what it points to?

Your dizziness and your " not wearing the spectacles " doesn't seem to be related. Consult a good ENT SURGEON near you and get an opinion.
