1.Avoid intake of oily and spicy foods especially at dinner
2.Keep a gap of atleast 2-3 hours between dinner and sleep
3.Have plenty of water atleast 3 litres per day , don’t drink water along with food , instead have half to one hour after food .
4. Watch for food allergies which can increase acidity like Milk , Tea , Coffee
5. Avoid Dairy products , Milk at dinner time.
