Greetings, I'm 25 yrs, planning to get pregnant, under medication, finally did tube cleaning before 6 months, doctors said no need for any medicine, let's wait for result, but still am not pregnant, so I thought of weight loss and doing exercise and diet for past 1month, during exercise on 24th day of my menstrual cycle I was spotting, and today it's 39th day, still I dnt get my period, and few symptoms are: heavy white discharge and sore breast, and mild pain in my nipple. I'm confused
