Hello, I have had panic attacks since i was a teenager. But then after my dad's death, i consulted a psychiatrist and had alprax for 6 months and it was cured fully. For about 10 years i was fine. After i got married and 1 year later my inlaws visited for 6 months that time was very stressful. the relationship between me and my mother is also very strained so I was all lost and suddenly i started feeling panic that i might not sleep properly this was a very bad phase and i had nexito from a doc prescription for 5 months and was fine again. I got to know that i was pregnant so there was no scope of medicine and during pregnancy again my in laws came and all the verbal torture started again. I was unable to sleep and panic that I won't be able to relax racing thoughts. after the  came i was happy for three months but again that heavy feeling in chest and sleepless and melting feeling as if i am going crazy has started. i cant stop thinking small things. what is actually happening to me.

You need to improve your coping skills by CBT and may need medication depending on severity of your symptoms. Marriage, pregnancy are big stressors in life so can trigger mental health issues but definitely can be treated with proper care.

You are having anxiety disorder precipitated by external stressors. When the symptoms are unmanageable take property remedy from a psychiatrist. You can also combine it with cognitive behavioral therapy and relaxation techniques. Good luck

Hello, it seems like you might be suffering from mixed anxiety depression. Medications can be safely given during pregnancy as well. Staying constantly worried, anxious and sad might be detrimental for mother and child’s health.
Next Steps
Kindly consult with your treating psychiatrist and stay compliant on meds till the doctor gives you a thumbs up to taper down and stop the meds
