Sir actually I breathe constantly but frm last few months I think I have started breathing less. At normal conditions whn I stop my breath I feel normal plus my heart rate is also normal after getting up in morning I feel that I have breathe very less

This is due to chest tightness and brochospasm, u may need long term bronchodilators.
Next Steps
do a chest xray and pulmonary function test.
