Hello a kidney stone of 2 to 3 mm can be ignored as it will not cause any of the symptoms and listen until it increases in size and starts obstructing the in the urine process..Mi think you can stop worrying about it... Secondly about uti you need to take antibiotics and also citralka syrup...Thank you
