Can i use elocon cream for changing my lips into rose colour. My friend suggest me. Is it safe? Is any side effects? And tell me also how to use this cream?

Hello, elocon is a steroid cream which is not used for changing color of lips.it has serious side effects on long term use.darkening of lips occur because of many reasons like genetic,vit b12 deficiency, chapped lips,frequent licking of lips,smoking,any color.i toothpaste.suggest you to use lip balm regularly with spf,there are certiain kind of treatments like mild peels or lasers which help in reaucing dark color
