I cannot straighten my right arm.

I cannot straighten my arm nor can I lift it up properly.Every time I try to help lift it up,a nerve just in my underarm gets stretched and it feels like the nerve is trapped somewhere inside and I need to stretch it out. It has never been visible before.It's paining now, and it's started happening just a little before I had a lump in my underarm,which I later had surgically removed.

Might be after surgery side effects .. do some oil massage on that part or arm affected followed by hot formentation .. it will help u functionally feel better !
