When i am taking breathing I am listening sound in my ear and when some time I am taking with friend I am not listening beacuse left ear clear sound is not receiving

It might be due to eutachian tube dysfunction.. get an audiometry and tympanometry to assess the hearing status.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
