Take high fiber low fat diet.
Drink lot of water everyday.
Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.
To deal with gastric issues avoid outside food completely and avoid junk food, fast food and preserved foods. Avoid sour and pickles.
Avoid hard and oily foods
Take soft and liquid diet more.
If you have a gas problem avoid potatoes, radish and cabbage completely.
Do regular exercise.
