I have a headche (migraine), frequently it's coming when I roam outside, sometimes it's pains very hardly. Sometimes it's starts pain back side of head(brain), please any one suggest me to come out of this pain, I am ready to take treatment if it's required,

Take tryptomer 10 mg once at night all ng with topiramate 25 mg. Twice for  atleasr 6 months
