I am suffering from a breathing problem since a year. I don't have a asthma but this is kind of asthma symptoms. I feel chest congestion. My breathing doesn't get complete at times. I have a heavy allergy problem like nose watering, sneezing. this remains continue. My family doctor has suggested "Moncel LC and a small version o rotahaler"

Hi. I understand your concerns. it is better to get a pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. you have allergic tendency. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. Hope your questions were answered.
