I am having swelling at back of my ear.it is a bit painfull.is it mastoiditis can u tell treatment for it?

Do you have any ear symptoms like pain in da ear/ discharge from the ear/ decreased hearing/ any neurotological symps? it doesn't seem like mastoditis but you need to visit an ENT surgeon to rule out mastoiditis / or is it just a post aural lymph node or skin cyst ..etc.
