Yesterday after I cleaned my ear after head bath I am not able to hear properly frm my left ear and I am having pain in my left ear aswell Wat could be the problem

You are NOT supposed to attempt to use cotton buds or any other tools to clean inside your ears. That is the job of a trained ENT Specialist. You have inadvertently either injured your ear or pushed the wax deeper into the ear... Both of which will result in earaches. Drop into my clinic for a consultation & I will help manage it.
