I am having dizziness sensations

I feel as if my head is spinning and rotating i am having even lower back pain since a month Is my dizziness sensation due to my lower back pain ? I had sex since than my lower back pain began to hurt But now since a week i am also feeling dizzy I feel the land moving room spinning Who should I consult ? I went to orthopaedic offline for my back ace but that didn't helped at all.
