Worrying about excess hair fall is a natural response.
But correct diagnosis to find out the root cause and appropriate treatment is a must at the earliest.
Without physical examination and few blood tests it’s not possible to know the exact reason.
Maybe till you visit the dermatologist you can attempt regular oiling and a balanced diet to check if they work for you.
