Hi sir my name is pramod last two year I am getting chest burning sensation and bone pain when getting pain and full nervase and same time left hand back joint in pain for this I am checking cardiologist and orthopedic but all report is normal i check mri city scan x ray every thing I do but report is normal what can I do I am mentaly full stress. Pls can suggest what can I do sir pls let me know.
