I am suffering from following symptoms - Weeknes, headache, up and down fever, little cough. Could you please advise.

Firstly isolate yourself....monitor oxygen saturation levels... Start covid tablets as per protocol.
Next Steps
if symptoms persist for 4 days go for rtpcr
