I am feeling very weak and day by day feeling low energy . Sometimes it feels that i am having fever and constant energy loss. always tired and feels like to be on bed whole day.

If this is happening since many days then get a blood test done for CBC and SUGAR Take tab Paracetamol 500mg 1 tab 2 times a day.
