My teeth color has changed to yellowish in last few days. I am using various toothpastes, etc but still no effect. Please guide me with some medicines or diet to solve this problem.

The tooth colour cannot be changed with any medicine or diet.You need to go for professional cleaning followed by bleaching ( Tooth whitening )to get the whiter shade.Also, restrict the use of tea,coffee,Haldi,red wine etc as they tend to stain the teeth
