Tab. Azithral 500 mg (once a day for 5 days) Tab. Sporlac DS(1 tablet 2 times a day for 5 days) Tab. Dolo 650 ( 1 tab 2 times a day for 3 days) Salt water gargling 3-4 times a day till sore throat persist
