I am 15 years old. From around 2020 I used to hold stool frequently and since 2023 I have developed severe bowel symptoms. I have incomplete emptying, watery stool leakage, very bad smell, and difficulty passing stool normally. The symptoms are still continuing in 2026. I feel like stool may be stuck inside and liquid stool leaks out. I do not feel fully empty even after using the toilet. The condition is affecting my daily life badly.tell me some home remedies that can improve it Could this be severe constipation/encopresis or something else? What tests or treatment are usually needed?

These symptoms happen with severe constipation overflow leakage and are often treatable with the right evaluation 😊 Please consult a pediatric gastroenterologist doctor soon for proper examination and treatment. If needed, you can also consult me directly for guidance regarding the next steps and bowel care routine.
