I always feel uncomfortable when walking. I cant stay in crowded places like bus, as i feel like im loosing air. My emotion changes quickly from feeling ok to feeling lonely and empty all of a sudden. Sometimes i talk to myself when im alone and i cant help it it but i can stop and control once im outside my room. My mind is diff. From the reality, like im on a conversation w/ someone but my mind is imagining that i am talking to a diff. Person, doing diff. Things.
Hi dear the way ur expressing these are symptoms of Anxiety which needs to be treated it's better u consult any psychiatrist personally ASAP and get ur evaluation done properly it's for ur own safety and wellbeing tc
