Hystroscopic Myomectomy

After how many days can I have TVS to check remaining fibroids after having hystroscopic myomectomy. I had this process and my doctor said that 70% of fibroid has been removed and I need to have second sitting to get the remaining removed. Is it mandatory to remove the remaining and apart from surgery is thr any other way to get it removed? What are the effects of it in general and on pregnancy if I don't get it removed. I had a submucous fibroid of approx 3cm. Within how many days can I resume my normal personal and professional life. I had the surgery on 20th Sept? Please advise Thanks in advance for your response

As you have explained it seems to be a myoma which was disturbing shape of your cavity this causes heavy bleeding and results in pregnancy failure as disturb implantation of pregnancy. It's removal will help you to achieve pregnancy. Normally second look surgery is planned after 2-3month. You can get your scan after next menses and plan accordingly
