Actually hysteroscopy does not have any side effects and gastric problem may be due to the medicines used for anaesthesia but it is temporary and will be gone in few days.If you are planning to go for IVF then by protocols you have to go for hysteroscopy first as to assure  best results of IVF.
Health Tips
To avoid gastric problem do take plenty of oral fluids after your procedure and avoid spicy foods for few days

Hysteroscopy is totally safe We usually repeat hysteroscopy during ivf to evaluate if the uterine bed has any issues like polyp ,to assess  cavity ,intrauterine adhesion  which can affect the implantation of baby So pls go ahead with the plan as suggested by the doctor
