Dear sir, continous weight gain since 2 yrs, working very hard from last 2 months but hardly any weight loss. after check up Tsh 21 taking eltroxin 50 from last 15 days as prescribed by doctor ( medicine ), no effect , weight is 121 kg, kindly guide ?

Hypothyroidism doesn't cause this much of weight gain. U need to consult a diabetologist/endocrinologist in person or online for obesity.
