Sir, My sister diagnosed with hypothyrodism in pregnancy and was on thyroxine 75mcg, after 6months of delivery, she is still on thyroxine , yesterday her TFT as  T3-112 T4-6.5 Tsh-4.40 reported as euthyroid. Does she need to continue thyroxine?, how long ?
