I have Tsh level 23 and I am 24 years old. I want to know that is it a life long disease ? In future, is there any possibility for any complication in maternity ? Like I heard that in thyroid problem someone is unable to carry a baby. Is it true ? Please let me know ? Thank u.

You have hypothyroidism and it is lifelong illness. On treatment if your thyroid is normal there should be no problems to conceive or during pregnancy. Consult an endocrinologist
