I have suffered many years with the symptoms of hypothyroidism but when I recently asked my doctor to do a test to check levels it was a tsh of 0.3 he says this is within range do its OK but to me that would show as hyperthyroidism and I have struggled for years with my weight just can't lose any I have many other symptoms such as hair loss dry skin on elbows and fingertips cold intolerance fatigue I'm classed as obese I get carpel tunnel and lots of muscle aches
