I have hypothyroidism having below levels T3 - 93( Normal range 60 to 200) T4 - 4.4(Normal range 4.5 to 12) TSH - 42.10(Normal range 0.3 to 5.5). History: I had controlled the TSH level before 2 month by taking thyroxine 100mcg, I stopped the medication since one month. Now it is again increased. Please suggest thyroxine dosage

You need to restart thyroxin. Repeat TSH after 6-8 weeks and consult an endocrinologist.
