I am taking synthetic thyroid hormone as my TSH was 10.08 at the time of diagnosis in the month of April 2017. I am gaining weight like anything and my periods are also very irregular. My thyroid levels are within range after taking medicines but no improvement in my condition. I did not have my periods since 2 months and this is the 3rd month. My age is 29 and I M married since Jan 2016 And checked my thyroid as I was not able to conceive. Kindly help as I want to have baby soon.
