Experiencing weight gain 77kgs 5 ft 5 inches height. Hairfall, tiredness. Detected with TSH 6.51. Cycle is regular. Please suggest if i shd start thyronorm one doctor has suggested workout & diet. One has suggested direct medicine 50mcg
