What is your weight ? Dosage will depend upon your weight, age and TSH value. It takes roughly 6 weeks to reflect change in thyroid values after changing dosage. You can also repeat TSH again after 6 weeks to see whether TSH value has come in normal range.

Hello, Dose is adjusted to bring Thyroid stimulating Harmonal level with in range that is between 0.5 to 4 . You have slight elevated TSH levels . Usually dose is given in 25,50,75mcg . If you have any problem with current dose ,rush to hospital. Usually dose will not be increased suddenly if one doesn't complain of any symptoms.
