I have fluctuating hypothyroid for more than a year and on levothyroxine 25 and 50 mcg alternating every two months.t4 values have been 4.5,<.006,5.5 and t4 is 1.89,.96,1.2 and t3 is 63 .I am planning for pregnancy with no luck unable to bring thyroid under control.pleaae suggest medications and root cause for fluctuationsi have pcos too and obgyn didnt give metformin. Thanks
