I am having hypothyroid. I would like to take Ashwagandha tablet along with my thyroid tablets for improving my hypothyroid. Can i take ashwagandha table. will it cause any side effects?

Dear friend it is not advisable to have ashwagandha Tablet with out doctor consultation because it may cause some adverse effects like heat boils over the body or in the mouth if it doesn't suit.  You.
