Hi ihave been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last 7 years when i first had T3 is 0.82 ng/m (0.6 to 1.85 ng/m) T4 is 7.3 micro grams/100 (4.0 to 11.6 mg/100)and TSH is 86 microU/ml (0.3 to 5.2 microU/ml) and im taking thyronorm 125 mg and 12.5 mg and now it has come to normal range. T3- 0.82 ng/m T4 -7.3 micro grams/100 TSH is 3.5 microU/ml can i stop medication?

No, that only means that you have approached the right dose of hormone replacement. The medicine that you call it is not a medicine but a thyroid hormone that is given to you as your thyroid is not forming enough of it. You will need to get your TSH levels tested every 3 months for your doctor to administer the right dose of hormone replacement. This is not a temporary situation, but a lifetime process.
