Hypopigmented scars due to dermabrasion

I had three cuts on my hand 8 years back and to remove it recently I did dermabrasion twice but that indulged in having hypopigmentation (White raised scars) . I did co2 laser but that isn't giving 100 % satisfactory. I want to remove the scar completely. Is there any remedy for it ?!
